1. Periodontal bone loss on tooth 38M

The mesial aspect of tooth 38 exhibits mild horizontal periodontal bone loss. The remainder of the periradicular and periapical bone appears normal.

2. Periodontal bone loss on tooth 37D

The distal aspect of tooth 37 demonstrates mild horizontal periodontal bone loss. A small focus of calculus is present at the level of the cementoenamel junction on the distal surface of the tooth. The remainder of the periradicular bone appears normal, and no periapical pathology is noted.

Normal site 36

Site 36 appears normal radiographically. No intraosseous pathology is present.

3. Vertical bone loss on tooth 35Li

Vertical bone loss is present on the lingual surface of the root of tooth 35. This bone loss extends to the midroot level, and is most likely periodontal in origin. No signs of periapical pathology are noted.

Normal post-treatment appearance of tooth 34

The periapical and periradicular bone surrounding the root of tooth 34 exhibits a normal post-treatment appearance. The lamina dura is intact around the entire root circumference, and the periodontal ligament space is uniform in width. No signs of root fracture are present.

4. Fibrous dysplasia in left posterior mandible

A well-defined focus of granular bone formation is present within the left posterior mandibular body at the level of the inferior mandibular cortex. The inferior border of the mandible is thinned and mildly expanded, but the buccal and lingual cortical plates are unaffected. The course and caliber of the left mandibular nerve canal is normal. This appearance suggests the presence of a small focus of fibrous dysplasia. No treatment is required.
