1. Possible central giant granuloma in right mandibular ramus
A multilocular radiolucent entity with a well-defined, delicately corticated periphery and multiple wispy granular septa is present in the right mandibular ramus. This entity has caused expansion and perforation of the lingual cortical plate. A localized "flow around" radiographic sign is visible at the inferior border of the entity, which is a characteristic feature of a central giant cell granuloma. The inferior alveolar nerve canal has been superiorly displaced by the entity.
Orthogonal measurements of the lesion
These orthogonal cross-sectional images demonstrate the approximate mesiodistal, buccolingual, and coronoapical dimensions of the lesion in the right mandibular ramus.
2. Calcified stylohyoid ligament
The right stylohyoid ligament is partially calcified. This is an incidental finding with no significance.
3. Right antral pseudocysts + mild mucositis in the right maxillary sinus
Two small pseudocysts and mild mucositis are present in the right maxillary sinus. These are non-significant incidental findings.
