1. Large palatine tonsillolith
A large tonsillolith has formed in the right palatine tonsil. This tonsillolith has reached a size that prevents it from exfoliating naturally, and would likely require surgical removal. The airway has been slightly narrowed by the presence of this large tonsillolith. This entity is not associated with the mandible.
