1. Periapical cemental dysplasia at the anterior mandibular teeth

Small foci of mature periapical cemental dysplasia are present in the regions of the mandibular incisors. These foci of cemental dysplasia are composed of radiopaque amorphous internal structures with radiolucent peripheries and sclerotic rims. This is an incidental finding with no clinical significance.

2. Dense bone island apical to tooth 36D

A dense bone island is present in the apical region of the distal root of tooth 36. This is an incidental finding with no clinical significance. The periphery of this dense bone island is continuous with the adjacent trabecular bone. There have been no effects on the surrounding structures.

Physiologic variant of nasopalatine duct

The nasopalatine duct is locally enlarged near its terminus. This is a variant of normal physiology rather than a pathologic entity.

3. Right antral pseudocyst

A small pseudocyst is present in the anterior wall of the right maxillary sinus. This is an incidental finding with no significance.

4. Left palatine tonsillolith

A tonsillolith is present in the left palatine tonsil. This is an incidental finding with no clinical significance because tonsilloliths exfoliate spontaneously.

5. Moderate cervical degenerative joint disease

Osteophytes and subchondral sclerosis are present in the articulating regions of the Atlas and dens of the cervical vertebrae. This is an incidental finding that is suggestive of moderate cervical degenerative joint disease.
