Healed extraction socket at site 36
The extraction socket at site 36 has healed normally. The density of this granular bone is slightly lower than that of the surrounding trabecular bone. No intraosseous pathology is present. Note that a buccal bevel reduces the bone volume available for implant placement.

2. Calcifications at periphery of facial artery
Calcifications are visible at the periphery of the facial artery. These may represent atherosclerotic plaques, and are non-significant findings as they are a normal sign of aging.
