Send us your DICOM files in a zipped folder and we'll send you back a Simplant file ready for planning.
- Maxilla Only: $90
- Mandible Only: $90
- Both Arches: $180
- Optional STL conversion of your stone model: $25
- Merge your iTero scan or our STL model with your Simplant file. (This can also be done after planning): $25
- We recommend planning based on a waxup of the final prosthetic position. Please mail us a waxup, if possible

Use your own copy of Simplant, or a single-use copy of Simplant, or Use our copy of Simplant
- Plan yourself in Simplant Planner / Simplant Pro / Simplant Go
- Get a Single-use Simplant OneShot program for this case ($140)
- Use our copy of Simplant via the Internet with Plan Assistance from Canaray ($125)
There are 2 ways to order the Surgiguide through Canaray
- Send us the completed Simplant plan + your STL models (from iTero)
- Send us the completed Simplant plan + mail us stone models for the patient
We will fuse the data together and order a Surgiguide for you [delivery in 1 week from order date]
Drill Rental
We have a universal drill kit available for rent for $100.
